Our Plans
We have met plenty of legislative roadblocks that have set us back in our fight for change, however it will not stop our mission from completion. We have shifted our vision on the science, research, and infrastructure to study rare forms of brain tumors and cancers in pediatric patients. Please continue to follow our journey as we update this page as often as connections are made and information is obtained.

Our Initiatives
We are currently working on a proposal to create a Brain Tumor & Rare Tissue Databank in Wisconsin as part of a collaboration with the UW System. This will not only create a space for students, researchers, and doctors to have access to samples currently not available, but also create the possibility for advancements with the hardest to treat cancers. Madison sees Brain Tumors/Cancer as the most prevalent and with our daughter’s cancer, Choroid Plexus Carcinoma, being so rare and misunderstood, we want to make WI a place where the research can happen, and positive change will follow.
We are Currently in the Proposal Phase, we are working closely with UW to create a budget and infrastructure protocol as well as gaining support for this project. We will soon be reaching out to the community for letters of support, if you would like to be involved, please contact us.
